Traveling over the country between Kulyurru and Kurrualya the SevenSisters saw a bright Kuniya carpet snake flying over their heads.  They followed it across the country but each time they came close the snake would move on. Finally they saw it come to the earth at Kulyurru, where it went down an ant hole, called a Kaltuka. The Seven Sisters sat down and began to dig after it. Finally the Seven Sisters caught the Carpet snake and they made a fire, cooked it and ate it. While they were doing this the old magician came in from the sand hill country and made the small gorge at Kulyurru. They were all together for three days until the Sisters moved on, flying through the air to country at Wirlpintjitji. The old magician awoke to find them gone and flew to Muwa looking for them, where he saw their tracks as a great forest of native pines going across the country. These he followed.
